About the Job

Ashaun Chattanooga has 20 openings. We’re looking to fill three different types of positions on the same team. Here are are described by Role, Skill Set Requirements, and needed qualifications:

 

Role

FACETS ELIGIBILITY ANALYST

·         Good verbal and written communication skills

·         Willingness to work varying hours as required

·         Attention to accuracy and detail

·         Analytical skills; ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve

·         Ensure eligibility files are processed and loaded successfully into the eligibility database

·         Assess and repair triage errors from files not successfully processed

·         Assess and repair triage fallout from the eligibility database

·         Produce standard and non-standard reports

·         Produce updates in multiple systems tied to automated and manual eligibility processes

·         Assist in setting up new/renewal clients for eligibility file processing

SUPERVISOR

·         Production Supervision and Support

·         Performance monitoring

·         Training and coaching

·         Quality review

·         Ability to organize staff and supervise workload efficiently

·         Willingness to work varying hours as required

·         Attention to details

·         Ability to monitor and manage all inventory and reporting

·         Ability to partner with key stakeholders, internal and external matrix partners

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Excellent project management and problem solving skills

·         Ability to motivate team to meet performance requirements

QUALITY SUPPORT/ TECH. LEAD

·        Performs audit review functions on production work

·        Assists in the implementation of quality initiatives

·        Assists in the ongoing training and support of the operation

·        Proven functional expertise
