To become an Associate FEA in Chattanooga, new hires for this position are required to successfully complete six-weeks of FEA Training and then pass a FEA Certification Test. (Note: most accomplish this goal and join the team.)

- Ability to focus and maintain high productivity in a Work at Home (WAH) environment or office setting.
- Attention to detail, quality, and accuracy
- Analytical skills – ability to trouble-shoot various issues and problems
- Ensure essential data is entered and uploaded correctly
- Assess and repair triage errors from files not successfully processed
- Assess and repair triage fallout from the eligibility database
- Produce standard and non-standard reports
- Produce updates in multiple systems tied to automated and manual eligibility processes
- Ability to follow Standard of Procedures (SOP) and adapt to changes when necessary
- Ability to confirm accuracy of information before sending it
- Minimum six months Facets Eligibility experience working as a FEA. (Note: Prior Facets experience is not always necessary but can be helpful).
